Today’s post is a very early interview with Doug from when “The Magic Show” had just opened, and was taking Broadway by storm.
While Doug recounts some of the background information you may already know, what I liked about it in particular is reading Doug’s secrecy agreement with his cast and staff. Also, the interviewer recounts an anecdote I had never heard of involving Houdini, and publicity that didn’t go quite according to plan. I wonder if it was true.
