I just found out that “The Magic Show” TV movie will be played as part of RSU-TV’s “Digital Drive-in” showcase. The station itself is a PBS affiliate, and is on Channel 35.1.
This is certainly a rarity as this TV version of “The Magic Show” is almost never broadcast on regular broadcast TV, if ever. While not a totally faithful version of the original production, the program itself is always worth a watch to see Doug in his early 1980s prime.
So, pop some popcorn, and get ready all you lucky Oklahomans!
