I’m going to be away for the weekend starting tomorrow, and wanted to give everyone something to sink their proverbial teeth into while I’m gone. So, what better thing than a random mish mash of newspaper clippings?
I love items such as these, because while they may seem random, they give you a keen perspective on where and when Doug was in his life. Mini-time capsules if you will.

I still have a admission ticket for
“The Magic Show”
Presented at the Queen Elisabeth Theatre at CNE grounds Toronto .
I believe he did over a week of shows.
No cost- he needed an audience for each taping to finish with one edited T.V. special- I believe.
I got to go back stage to meet Doug and cast members. Long story on how that happened or even how I got to attend.
