This June, 1976 “Electric Company Magazine” cover story is memorable for many reasons. Not least of which is Doug’s levitation illusion at the very top of the World Trade Center. A record feat in magic and risk taking no doubt!
Now I know I have published the front cover in a previous post. However, Doug fan Tracy Evans was kind enough to recently send me a clearer scan of the full Doug interview and the magic based arts and crafts section he participated in.
So, if you have a few minutes transport yourself back to a more innocent time when Doug Henning was really soaring to new heights…so to speak.
