In what was presumably a moment to change set pieces, Doug called upon his friend singer Lori Lieberman to sing the now legendary song “Killing Me Softly With His Song.” It’s an all around nice moment, and one that is different from the specials that followed, as this was the only musical interlude in any of them. At least as far as I can recall.
Anyway, take a moment, maybe sip some wine, and listen to some “World of Magic ’75.”
