The above 2014 cover was made in honor of the 40th anniversary of, you guessed it, “The Magic Show.” The cover itself serves as a nice variation on the classic poster fans are used to, while giving it a bit of a more modern and flashy spin.
While the original production of “The Magic Show” lives on in audience’s memories and a cast album, issues like this served to keep it alive within the important historical context it deserves.

I had the pleasure of watching Doug Henning in previews of The Magic Show.
There were a few glitches, but I wouldn’t trade the memory for anything in the world!
